Repair, testing and production of electronic control units

Our facility operates according to guidelines focused on maximum reliability of results, using advanced technologies such as in-circuit testing, reverse engineering, and the design and development of testing simulators. Each control unit is analyzed individually to ensure accurate testing and targeted interventions, even on complex units or those no longer supported by the manufacturer.

Thanks to the use of dedicated simulators and internally developed test benches, we are able to accurately identify faults in electronic control units. Repairs are carried out by our specialized technicians using professional equipment. Once the unit is received at our facility, we provide a repair quotation and, upon approval, guarantee repair or overhaul within 24–48 hours.

All electronic control units repaired and manufactured by Punginelli Srl are covered by a 12-month warranty, confirming the reliability of our processes and the quality of the work performed.

Our production department develops equivalent alternative solutions for electronic control units and components that are discontinued or difficult to source. This activity helps extend vehicle service life and reduce replacement costs for customers and fleets.

When repair is not possible, we offer new and used electronic control units and spare parts, carefully selected and tested. Some units are also available through an exchange program, ensuring operational continuity and reduced vehicle downtime.
